YouthBuild Lake County was incorporated by their founder, Sadiqa Queen, as an independent non-profit agency in November 2003. They provide education opportunities and job training skills to those youth in Lake County who need it most.

The fokoz creative group was selected to help YouthBuild Lake County build a more expandable website that allows the foundation to manage content and images as needed.  All web editing is done in-house, saving them time and money.

Eminjayin Productions, a high-end photography studio, launched their new website, UpperClassImage.com, geared towards high school seniors looking to go out in style. The new website boasts a beautiful design that complements the incredible work, and a complete photo gallery.

On September 8th, the Round Lake Area Exchange Club, along with members of the News Sun and Major Nathan Bond, gathered to kick-off the program at the Renwood Golf Course in Round Lake Beach, IL.

Before becoming Boehmer Automotive, Boehmer Chevrolet had been operating as a new and used car dealer since 1913.  Recently GM decided it was time for Boehmer to go it alone.

The fokoz creative group was selected to help Steve Boehmer (yes the grandson of the founder) do just that.  The new website, BoehmerAutomotive.com, is the first step in Mr. Boehmer’s quest to keep the business alive and thriving.

Boehmer Automotive pushes their vehicle inventory to an outside service, which is then pulled into the website.  Customers can view testimonials and download coupons, redeemable at the Boehmer Automotive service desk.

The photo gallery showcases photos from Wauconda Park District special events and programs. The site also links to popular social media accounts where the user can follow Wauconda Park District “tweets” on Twitter and “friend” the District on Facebook.

WIT Beverage Company (WBC) has unveiled Jelly Belly Gourmet Soda, which comes in nine flavors, at NACS Beverage Network reported.

WBC said that the soda is made with cane sugar and contains 90calories per bottle. It comes in four packs of 6.3 oz glass bottles. In addition, the four-pack container is made from recycled cardboard, 35% of which is from post consumer waste.

The soda is available in various flavors such as Lemon Drop, Sour Cherry, Blueberry, Green Apple, Crushed Pineapple, Tangerine, Juicy Pear, Strawberry Jam, and Very Cherry flavors. WBC is working with Chicagoland-based designer John Wondrasek of fokoz creative group to develop the brand identity and packaging.

The company also introduced Black Bear Beverages, a 1920 vintage brand sold in the Midwest. It is available in 18 flavors, are of which all made with real sugar and comes in 1 Liter Qtr style bottle. It also unveiled a complete mixer line.

Another brand that was unveiled at NACS was Caruso Legacy. The new brand comes in flavors such as Merichino Cherry Cola, Robusto Root Beer and Vanilla Cream. The company added that this brand is also made from cane sugar and uses recycled carriers.

New site features include: enhanced business listings, a messaging slider on the homepage, ability to pay for events and membership online, and much more. “They have a depth of experience in developing and launching great websites,” said Sandy Hartogh, Wauconda Chamber of Commerce Executive Director. “I’ve worked with them in the past and had a great experience. They were able to meet all requirements, including our budget.” The new website is built on the Joomla content management platform.
